Lemnev provides video editing services for talking-head creators, including:

Long-form YouTube video editing
Short-form vertical content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
Content repurposing and clip creation
Thumbnail design and optimization
Consultation and strategy calls

3. Booking and Onboarding

To begin working with us:

Book a free strategy call through our website
We'll review your content and provide a custom quote
Upon agreement, you'll sign a service agreement and submit the first payment
Onboarding typically takes 3-5 business days

4. Project Workflow

Content Submission: You upload raw footage via Google Drive or similar platform
Turnaround: First draft delivered within 48 hours of receiving footage
Revisions: One round of revisions included per video, submitted via Frame.io
Final Delivery: Edited files delivered via Google Drive in your requested format

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all raw footage, final edited videos, and any materials you provide. We do not claim any rights to your content. We may use anonymized clips for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all content, business strategies, and information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose your unreleased content, business plans, or proprietary information to third parties without your written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lemnev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for YouTube algorithm changes, channel performance, or business outcomes resulting from content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
